Ingredients

• 2 lbs chicken wings
• 3 oz canola or olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

• 1/4 cup Beaver Brand Sweet Hot Mustard
• 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp butter
• 2 tbsp hot sauce of choice
• 1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tbsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tbsp granulated garlic

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven 400 degrees.
2. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel.
3. Coat the wings with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Place on a baking sheet and cook for 20 minutes.
5. Turn the wings and cook for an additional 20 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, mix all sauce ingredients in a small pot and cook on low heat until melted and warm.
7. In a large bowl, toss the wings with the sauce to coat.
8. Enjoy!
