- 4 oz canola or olive oil
- 2 salmon fillets (4 to 6 oz each)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Beaver Brand Honey Mustard
- Preheat the oven 375 degrees.
- Coat a cast-iron skillet with oil.
- Place the salmon fillets into the skillet – skin side down.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Coat with lemon juice and brush with enough Beaver Brand Honey Mustard to coat.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
